A collection of recordings taken from various generative patches, written for the Empress Effects ZOIA. These patches are available on Patchstorage at the time of release, with the exception of Sirens of Titan (which will be available shortly).

The approach to recording was almost comically simplistic: load the patch, hit record, add some additional reverb, also provided by ZOIA patches (1978 Plate V2 for Wanderlust, Arvo, Dreaming Itself; Barr II for Shifting Around, Snow Day II -- these patches are also available on Patchstorage at the time of release). Then edit them down from really long clips to just long clips.

The genesis for all of these patches is my Saturday morning generative livestream, hosted on my YouTube channel. Come on by sometime and hang out -- the link for my channel is in the sidebar.

Future volumes may take more liberties with editing/remixing/manipulation, but for this first release, I wanted to take the sounds from those livestreams and make them a bit more portable, for anyone who might want to listen while driving or dreaming or watching birds flutter around. (I also wanted to keep my own interventions minimal, so perfectionism or fear or what-not didn't sabotage me.)
